Alcaz Prison is a new level 48–53 dungeon in WoW: Forever, set in the prison beneath Alcaz Island off the north-eastern coast of Dustwallow Marsh. The Defias Brotherhood and the naga are fighting for control of the prison, which was rumored to have held King Varian Wrynn and could be seen but never entered in the original game. No bosses, loot or dungeon quests have been confirmed yet.

- The beta is capped below this dungeon's level range, and no beta database or guide lists its bosses, loot or quests yet.
- Doctor Weavil has ties to Alcaz Island in older content, but Blizzard has not confirmed him as a boss here.
- Forever gives every dungeon boss a guaranteed Rare drop, and bosses also drop Blueprint recipes for camping objects. The item names for this dungeon are not published.
- The exact entrance on Alcaz Island has not been published. In the original game the island had a dock but no boat service and was reached by swimming from the Dustwallow coast.
