Blackmaw Hold is a new level 55–60 dungeon in WoW: Forever, set in a furbolg city behind the long-sealed gate in northern Azshara. Its boss roster, loot and quests have not been published or found in the beta yet. It is notable as the furbolg city fighting its own corruption, with tunnels leading down toward the Barrow Deeps raid.

- The entrance is the old furbolg gate in northern Azshara. One source places it north of the Ruins of Eldarath and west of the Darnassian Base Camp.
- No bosses, loot or quests have been found yet. The beta was capped at level 30, and the beta client has no encounter data for this dungeon.
- Third-party loot databases (for example wowtbc.gg) list the dungeon, but their loot table is still empty.
- Blackmaw furbolg NPCs such as Blackmaw Ursa appear in the Forever database, but no source ties them to this dungeon's bosses.
