Excavation Site is a new level 24–29 dungeon in WoW: Forever, set in the eastern Wetlands on the ridges above Whelgar's Excavation, where Titan constructs, a strange mist and flashing lights have drawn the Explorers' League's attention. It has four bosses: Saltspine, Shadetooth, Highland Horror and the Titan construct Relic Guardian. It fills the old gap in mid-20s group content in the Eastern Kingdoms.

  • The in-game zone name is "Excavation Site: Wetlands". Alliance groups can ride east from Menethil Harbor; Horde groups can ride south from Hammerfall in Arathi Highlands across Thandol Span.
  • Boss order is taken from third-party guides and has not been checked in-game.
  • No loot has been seen for any boss in the beta yet (databases checked as of 2026-09-19). One site mentions leather agility gear, but it names no items, so we have not listed any.
  • No quests for this dungeon are in public databases yet. More than 25 new Wetlands quests have been announced, but none are confirmed to be tied to the dungeon so far.
  • No rare spawns or optional bosses have been reported.
