Quest chain
  1. Thrall asks for a Lieutenant's Insignia from the Burning Blade at Skull Rock, east of Orgrimmar.
  2. Take the insignia to Neeru Fireblade in the Cleft of Shadow, then return to Thrall.
  3. Dungeon step: kill Bazzalan and Jergosh the Invoker in Ragefire Chasm.
  4. Speak with Neeru Fireblade again.
  5. Report back to Thrall and choose your reward.
