Ruins of Lordaeron Ruins of Lordaeron is a new level 15–20 dungeon in WoW: Forever, set in the ruined capital above Undercity in Tirisfal Glades. It has six bosses with three Rare drops each and ten quests: six for Horde and four for Alliance.

Pick up Abominable Head (dropped by The Baron) Quest chain Bring the head to Master Apothecary Faranell in The Apothecarium, Undercity (48.6, 69.6). Gives 1,650 XP. Three or four follow-ups from Faranell take place inside Undercity. One step: inject the Hissing Serum into the system above Othmar's body. A later step offers Slain Baron's Signet, Grave Shroud or Monstrous Cleaver. Objective Bring the Abominable Head to Master Apothecary Faranell. Turn in Master Apothecary Faranell, Undercity Rewards Slain Baron's Signet Grave Shroud Monstrous Cleaver choose one Horde counterpart of Abominable Creatures.
