Quest chain
  1. Bring the head to Master Apothecary Faranell in The Apothecarium, Undercity (48.6, 69.6). Gives 1,650 XP.
  2. Three or four follow-ups from Faranell take place inside Undercity. One step: inject the Hissing Serum into the system above Othmar's body.
  3. A later step offers Slain Baron's Signet, Grave Shroud or Monstrous Cleaver.
